Before engaging Notary Dr. George Spiteri Debono the fees due, for the service to be provided, will be discussed with the prospective client.Once the needs of the prospective client are ascertained, a quote of the professional fees due will be issued to the client. No fees are charged for preliminary meetings, consultations and advice.
